The owner of a regional company selling industrial equipment decided to strengthen the business by hiring a friend as the executive director. There was also a noticeable increase in printing activity and messaging through various platforms. The “Laptop Geolocation” report showed that some employees had quickly taken their machines home.Thanks to SCOPD, the conspiracy was uncovered. The partner was asked to leave amicably, and disloyal staff were dismissed. The company, recovering from the stress, managed to enter a new market, hire talented employees, and implement effective work models.
